Mr. Yong Hee Lee is a certified HR consultant with 28 years of experience in handling HR matters at various government agencies, including the Labor Relations Commission, the Industrial Accident Review Committee and the Ministry of Employment and Labor (head office and various regional offices).
Mr. Lee's extensive experience in handling a broad range of labor matters has included a particularly large number of cases in the following areas: labor compliance oversight, collective labor-management relationships (e.g., collective bargaining agreements and negotiations), unfair labor practices and other violations of labor laws, industrial accident reviews (e.g., occupational safety and major accidents), and mediation and adjudication (under the Labor Relations Commission).
