Criminal Defense (Investigations)
Junghan Nam is a member of Lee & Ko’s Criminal Defense and Investigations Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he served as a law enforcement officer with the National Police Agency, building a strong foundation in criminal investigations and regulatory enforcement. Leveraging his extensive experience, Mr. Nam specializes in white-collar crime, with a special emphasis on corporate embezzlement, professional misconduct and violations of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. His practice further extends to regulatory compliance, anti-corruption, capital markets, and occupational safety, including matters arising under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. Mr. Nam also advises domestic and international corporations on compliance systems, internal investigations, and anti-corruption measures, drawing on his experience as a former officer in the Presidential Secretariat.
