Min Soo Kim is an associate at Lee & Ko specializing in intellectual property law, His areas of expertise include, among other things, patents, trademarks, copyright, unfair competition, trade secrets and compensation for inventions. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2014, he worked as a Patent Attorney for Yoon & Yang and for C&S Patent and Law Office. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University in 2007. After passing the Korean bar exam in 2011, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and finished the legal training program at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2014.advised a number of multinational clients in relation to structuring of derivatives products, including equity options and CLN/CDS/DLS. In addition, she has conducted compliance checks and obtained foreign exchange approvals for derivatives products. Ms. Oh has been an active participant at ISDA conferences representing Lee & Ko as a member firm of the ISDA. She is contributing her knowledge to the industry as an advisory member of the Financial Advisory Committee at the Financial Supervisory Service, an expert member of the Financial Disputes Mediation Committee at the Financial Supervisory Service, and a member of Advertisement Review Committee at Korea Financial Investment Association.
