Jason (Yongjun) Kim is a foreign attorney in Lee & Ko’s Banking and Finance Group. He advises domestic and foreign investors on a broad range of cross-border real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, real estate finance, and project finance.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim practiced at leading U.S. law firms in Boston, New York, and Tokyo, where he represented clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing transactions.
