As a member of Lee & Ko’s Banking and Finance Practice Group, Yoon Choe advises clients on a wide range of financial transactions and related legal issues. He has particular experience in complex SOC projects and project finance, including real estate development and construction.

Prior to qualifying as an attorney, Mr. Choe practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in Korea, specializing in tax services including claims for rectification and tax audit assistance.
