Hoyul Kwak is a member of the Construction, Real Estate Team within Lee & Ko’s Corporate Practice Group. He handles a broad range of construction-related matters, with a particular focus on advisory and litigation issues concerning housing redevelopment (reconstruction) and general construction projects. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kwak served as a law clerk for the Seoul Western District Court and the Seoul High Court, where he gained valuable experience in civil and administrative litigation.
