Hyun Woo Ju is an associate in our Criminal Practice Group. He joined Lee & Ko after seven years of service with the Korean National Police. Drawing on his investigative work in the Economic Crimes Unit of Seoul Namdaemun Police Station and his research on policing, risk-prevention, and crime deterrence strategies, Mr. Ju advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of criminal matters — from pre-investigation risk assessment through police inquiries, prosecutions, and trial proceedings.
