Gyeong Seok Ryu is an associate in Lee & Ko’s Corporate Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and foreign investment. As a member of the firm’s Management Control Disputes Center, Mr. Ryu also advises on legal issues relating to management control disputes, including hostile takeovers, takeover defenses, and shareholder activism.
