Sunkeon Kwon joined our firm in 2023 after 16 years in the judiciary where he served as a judge at various District Courts and High Courts, including Seoul Central District Court and Seoul High Court. He also served as Director of Judicial Procedure at the Office of Court Administration where he gained extensive experience in legal and administrative work. He is especially noted for his outstanding expertise and capability in the areas of financial disputes, criminal defense (litigation), injunctive proceedings, and legislative consulting.
