Ji Hae Park was previously based in Lee & Ko Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh Office where she had advised on corporate mergers & acquisitions and outbound investments. She is now based in our Seoul Office and as a member of Vietnam Southeast Asia Team, she advises clients on overseas investment, corporate mergers & acquisitions, and investment in Vietnam and Southeast Asia using her know-how and insights gained while working as an attorney at a law firm and multinational company.
