Young Sik Kim joined Lee & Ko after serving in the Office of the President of Korea as the Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs and the Secretary for Legal Affairs. Prior to serving in the Office of the President, he served as a judge for more than 18 years.
Mr. Kim handled a wide variety of cases, including civil, criminal, administrative and family litigation at multiple courts, including Gwangju District Court, Gwangju High Court, Mokpo Branch of Gwangju District Court, Ansan Branch of Suwon District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul Administrative Court, Seoul High Court, and Incheon District Court. Based on his extensive experience and knowledge, he provides clients with expert advice and practical support on litigation matters in civil, criminal, administrative and family litigation. He also provides valuable insights into legislative consulting matters.
