As an expert on national defense procurement and defense industry matters, Changho Lee works closely with Lee & Ko's Defense Industry Group to advise clients on a broad range relevant concerns, including (among other things) in-depth guidance on national defense procurement procedures, policies and compliance-related issues. Prior to joining Lee & Ko as an expert advisor, Mr. Lee served for thirty-four years in the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) and Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), and held numerous senior leadership/management posts relating to defense procurement. Given Mr. Lee's extensive experience and background in this area, including the management of programs for fostering and supporting strategically important enterprises and research and development programs, he is particularly well equipped to provide clients with valuable guidance, insights and analysis that cannot be readily obtained elsewhere.
