Boohan Kim joined Lee & Ko's IP Practice Group in 2019, following a distinguished 16-year career as a judge in the Korean court system. Mr. Kim's judicial experience includes 3 years of service as a Korean Patent Court judge responsible for adjudicating a large volume of patent and other IP-related matters including (among other things) patent revocation actions and disputes concerning trademarks and design rights, as well as dealing with various IP-related civil appellate matters. Additionally, Mr. Kim's judicial experience includes the handling of a broad range of legal disputes in the areas of civil, criminal and administrative law.
