Junghwa Han worked as a public prosecutor for 15 years, prior to joining Lee & Ko's White Collar Crime Practice Group as a partner in July 2018.

Mr. Han's experience as a public prosecutor included serving as the chief public security officer for the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, deputy chief prosecutor for the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, and senior prosecutor for the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. His areas of special expertise have included extensive handling of cases involving white collar crime laws and issues relating to labor organizations, election activities and political funds.

Mr. Han has also acquired extensive experience in cases involving corporate and financial crimes, civil service corruption, corruption prevention, and quasi-law management through his work as a criminal information officer for the Supreme Prosecutors' Office and as a chief prosecutor for the Ministry of Justice.

In 2007, Mr. Han was a guest researcher at Tokyo University Graduate School of Law and Political Science and, in the same year, interned at Japan's Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Public Prosecutors' Office, and the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors' Office.
