As a member of Lee & Ko's White Collar Crime Practice Group, Seung Jae Lee advises clients in connection with regulatory compliance and regulatory investigation matters relating to financial laws and regulations, including the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act. Mr. Lee also advises business clients on a broad range of white collar crime preventive measures and legal defenses.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Lee worked as a Police Investigator at the National Police Agency. With his substantial experience in practical law enforcement, Mr. Lee is particularly well equipped to provide highly effective advice and practical insights to clients (whether as victims or defendants) who have to deal with any white collar crime related matters
