Jae Woo Jung is a member of the White Collar Crime Practice Group.

Mr. Jung's expertise in dealing with white collar crime issues and related areas of law, such as anti-corruption and regulatory compliance matters, stems from, among other things, his prior experience serving for 4 years as a police officer in the National Police Agency, as well as his several years of work as an attorney, successfully defending clients in connection with various investigations and trials involving a broad range charges/allegations relating to corporate crimes and corruption cases. Many of the cases handled by Mr. Jung have involved defense industry defendants and election-fraud and election law violation cases, etc. Mr. Jung's prior experience also includes playing a crucial role as an investigator in the Independent Counsel's Office tasked with investigating illegal conduct of the President of Korea.

In the course of his practice as a criminal defense lawyer, Mr. Jung, in addition to his general white collar crime/criminal defense practice, has developed a special focus on dealing with criminal investigations, prosecutions and related issues involving foreign business entities in Korea.
