Insoo Bae, a certified tax accountant and member of the Tax & Customs Team (within the firm's Tax Practice Group), is a leading expert in the area of international taxation. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Bae worked for the National Tax Service (NTS), where he was responsible for a wide range of tax audit cases and related matters. He also served as an adjunct professor at the National Tax Officials Training Institute.

Subsequently, Mr. Bae was also active as a tax audit consultant at Dasan Tax Consultants (a leading tax consultation firm). Mr. Bae has extensive experience in successfully advising and assisting clients with various complex tax issues, including business and transactional tax planning and tax compliance analysis, as well as advising/assisting with tax audit matters.
