Hyongkun Kim is a criminal lawyer specializing in criminal defense work. Mr. Kim served as a public prosecutor for 21 years at various prosecutors’ offices, including Anti-Corruption Investigation Department and Special Investigation Department of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, Anti-Corruption Investigation Department and Central Investigation Department of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, Seoul Southern and Northern District Prosecutors’ Offices, Incheon District Prosecutors’ Office, Busan District Prosecutors’ Office, and Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Kim focused primarily on special and financial investigations.

Based on his long years of investigative experience, he currently specializes in corporate fraud, finance, securities, antitrust, taxation and other financial crime matters. He also advises clients on corporate and public corruption cases.
