Valerie Park is a California-licensed foreign attorney in the International Arbitration Team. Ms. Park has acted as counsel in various international arbitration cases before the ICC, SIAC, KCAB as well as ad-hoc arbitrations. She has also represented domestic clients in various construction arbitrations.

- Represented a Korean company in defense of claims raised by an Indonesian national gas company relating to supply of gas pipes (SIAC arbitration)
- Represented a Korean construction conglomerate against a Middle Eastern construction company relating to a delay and disruption claim (ICC arbitration)
- Represented a Korean energy industry company in a dispute against a German conglomerate related to construction delays (ICC arbitration)
- Represented a Korean construction conglomerate against a Middle Eastern construction company relating to a construction delay claim (ICC arbitration)
- Represented a Korean electric power company in defense of breach of contract claim relating to replacement parts for use in a nuclear power plant (KCAB arbitration)
