이제원 변호사는 1997년 법무법인(유) 광장에 입사한 이래 자본시장 및 M&A 분야에서 경력을 쌓아온 금융ㆍ투자 담당 변호사로서 기업금융 전반에 대한 자문을 제공하고 있으며, 특히 사모투자합자회사(PEF)를 비롯한 각종 투자펀드의 설립 및 동 펀드에 의한 투자, 투자펀드의 해외직접투자 및 대체투자, 역외펀드 및 해외자본의 국내 투자, 자본시장규제(Compliance) 분야 및 투자자문과 투자일임 등의 자산운용 분야를 주로 담당하는 한편 국내외 대체투자업무도 활발히 수행하고 있으며, ICO 대응팀 창립멤버로서 가상화폐, 특히 ICO에 대하여서도 활발히 자문을 제공하고 있습니다.

- STIC Investment经营的若干PEF投资浦项能源（2012），收购（2010）及转让（2014）MDS Technology，Stick Secondary3号PEF投资Innocean（2013）等
- KB Glenwood1号PEF子公司Chungkang株式会社收购Powernet，NH-Glenwood1号PEF子公司Magic Holdings收购东洋Magic（2014）
