Sung Wook Choi is a member of the Criminal Defense (Investigations) Team within Lee & Ko’s Litigation & Arbitration Group. His practice focuses on financial regulatory compliance and internal investigations, as well as advising corporate clients on white-collar crime prevention and legal defense strategies.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Choi served as a police investigator with the Korean National Police Agency, including on the economic crime investigation team. Drawing on his extensive law enforcement background, he concentrates on white-collar criminal matters involving corporate embezzlement, breach of trust, investment fraud, and violations of special laws, including medical regulations.
