In particular, through handling patent filings for domestic Korean semiconductor and battery companies, he has gained in-depth insights on securing high-quality intellectual property rights in these industries.

Sumin Kim joined the patent law firm Lee & Ko in 2025 and is involved in the IP portfolio construction, patent applications, trials, litigations, consulting, and licensing of intellectual property rights of domestic and foreign companies.
