Sujin Jung is a highly regarded litigator and member of our Litigation Group. She has served as Judge and High Court Judge for 20 years in various courts, including Seoul High Court, Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Eastern District Court, and Seoul Southern District Court. She last served as the High Court Judge at Seoul High Court before joining our firm in 2023. During her time at the bench, she presided over numerous cases in various areas of the law and is well-versed in both theory and practice of trial proceedings. Drawing from her extensive judiciary experience, Ms. Jung is known for her exceptional expertise in various areas of the law, particularly in matters relating to antitrust and competition cases, commercial and corporate affairs, corporate criminal cases, construction litigation and real estate disputes, administrative proceedings and family law cases.
