    Intellectual property has recently been regarded as the main asset of companies, and reliable corporate management should be accompanied by long-term and prudent strategies for acquisition, maintenance, and utilization of intellectual property.  IP strategy consulting protects abstract ideas – owned by the companies – as intellectual property, systematically manages acquired intellectual property rights and provides advantages over other competitors based on such portfolio of intellectual property assets.  Further, sound IP strategy consulting creates new business opportunities, minimizes the possibility of unnecessary disputes through a careful analysis of competitors’ IP, and consequently, increases the value of the company.

    Lee & Ko’s IP Practice Group provides a one-stop service in obtaining, protecting and enforcing IP rights, including: filing, prosecuting and registering IP rights; handling administrative proceedings; and managing litigations.  We also deliver comprehensive strategies for the interest of clients based on its extensive experience and know-how from handling various IP related works.
