Eui Yon Han has been handling the legal aspects of patent prosecutions and trials for domestic and foreign companies, including leading global automobile companies and semiconductor equipment manufacturing companies, since 2010. During this time, he has acquired particularly extensive experience working in the area of foreign patent prosecutions, including work on many prosecutions and trials in overseas jurisdictions, such as the US, the EU, Japan and China.

Eui Yon also has significant experience in handling a wide range of issues in various other patent and IP-related areas, including advising and assisting clients with IP portfolio management, litigation, formal opinions and licensing matters involving mechanical and industrial technologies. He has a strong record of successfully building IP portfolios for clients by investigating related art and devising appropriate patent strategies. He has conducted prior art searches for challenging competing patent validity in connection with patent trial procedures and provided expert analysis of allegedly infringing products in patent infringement cases. He is particularly knowledgeable in the automotive industries where he has advised global clients on technologies related to fuel-injection pumps, dual-clutch transmission systems, dual-mass flywheels, heat exchangers, traction control systems, and connectors for electronic equipment of vehicle.
