Il Hee Bahn is a seasoned trademark attorney with nearly 15 years of experience. She has handled both out-bound cases to help leading Korean companies register, protect and enforce their trademarks abroad, and in-bound cases to represent foreign companies in trademark filings, appeals, oppositions and invalidation/cancellation trials at the Korean Intellectual Property Office and Tribunal, and subsequent litigations at the Korean Patent Court. Her major foreign clients have included Armani, Verizon, Bally, GE, GNC, Roche, Head, Henkel, Red Bull, and Sanofi, among others.

With her academic background in the Philosophy of Art at Seoul National University and experience as an advertisement producer at Cheil Worldwide, Il Hee is reputed as providing new perspectives and fresh angles in her counseling of trademarks and designs, from both legal and business points of view.
